Parker Millsap

Parker Millsap quickly made a name for himself with his captivating live performances, soulful sound, and character-driven narratives. He’s had a string of successes including an appearance on CONAN, a performance with Elton John at the Apple Music Festival, an Austin City Limits taping & an Americana Music Association nomination for Album of the Year. He's shared the stage with folks like Jason Isbell, Shovels & Rope, Patty Griffin, Houndmouth, and many others.

Parker’s early releases showcased a mastery of acoustic folk rock, with their flourish for revelation and fiery dynamics. Be Here Instead, Millsap’s 2021 release produced by John Agnello, hinted at the wildness to come while exploring newer, more personal songwriting styles. Parker's newest album, Wilderness Within You, is a natural step in Parker's evolution which interweaves threads of his musical past and newer influences to gorgeous effect.

‘Last night in Atlanta, I saw one of the best concerts I have ever seen. Parker Millsap & Sarah Jarosz. Both were astonishingly good...it restored my faith in music.’ - ELTON JOHN

‘I wasn’t prepared for the wild, vast power of his voice and his remarkable charisma. This guy can yodel, he can sing a soul song for real and wiggle his legs like Elvis. A star in the making’ - ANN POWERS, NPR

‘Plainly put, Millsap is a star, and he solidifies that standing with every single live outing’ - ACOUSTIC GUITAR

‘This Charismatic performer...rivets audiences with intense but smooth vocal whoops, cascades and pauses...’ - WALL STREET JOURNAL

support from Robert Vincent

It was Vincent’s powerful and soulful voice that attracted acolytes such as Bob Harris, Paul Carrack and Mary Chapin Carpenter. In 2016, Harris awarded Robert with his ‘Emerging Artist’ of the year award at the inaugural UK Americana Awards show describing Vincent as “absolutely magnetic” and “the real deal”. In 2018 following the release of ‘I’ll Make The Most Of My Sins’ (AMAUK Album of The Year 2018) Robert was invited to perform on the BBC ‘Old Grey Whistle Test, For One Night Only’ closing the show. It was this performance that would propel him to number 1 and 2 in the iTunes Album and Singles Charts.

Maintaining his status as one of the most acclaimed voices in the UK Americana scene, Robert’s songs on his fourth studio album, ‘Barriers’, released in June this year, represent a left turn for an artist who is ready for something more.

The new album “has more of a concise sound,” Robert says. “The songs arrived throughout 2022 and are born from personal experiences, rather than the social commentary of the last album. This is a very intimate set of tunes.”
Robert continues to tour extensively showing his versatility as both a solo performer and with a full band. Notable performances include 2023 Celtic Connections at Glasgow Theatre Royal with Mary Chapin Carpenter, showcase performances at Americana Fest in Nashville, Tennessee, supporting Roger Waters at Hyde Park, Tours with Paul Carrack and Duane Eddy who gifted him with one of his signature ‘Gretsch’ guitars after his 80th birthday celebration at The London Palladium.
