TLR Inside Out 2023: Sunday
Sun 17th September 2023The second day of our weekend stage out in the Caroline Social Club secret garden, featuring bands and artists from throughout Yorkshire, a DJ and real ale bar! Our DJ kicks off at midday and the live music runs through from 2 to 7pm. Entry to the beer garden is free but space is limited, however the live music will be piped through to the car park, where there will be an outside bar.

2pm: Heslop & Stringer
Mark Heslop and Matt Stringer are an acoustic, folk duo performing original songs, based on a mixture of Northern history and their own personal experiences.
Hailing from Liversedge & Fixby, West Yorkshire, their live performances feature guitar, mandolin (Stringer), violin (Heslop) and harmony vocals, bringing their stories to life.
After releasing debut album “New Beginnings” in November 2022, the pair set out to introduce themselves to the people of Yorkshire and beyond.
Earning spots at Filey, Robin Hood’s Bay and Holmfirth Folk Festivals in early 2023, the duo have performed for several of the county’s folk clubs along with a support for Kathryn Roberts & Sean Lakeman at Leeds Carriageworks Theatre. They have been booked to play the acoustic stage at the first UK West Coast Folk Festival in Blackpool in January 2024 at the famous Winter Gardens
3.15pm: Chris Dover
Chris Dover is a singer/songwriter based in Bradford,UK. His influences cover everything from Robert Johnson and Guy Clark, to current artists like Foy Vance. His live show is a very intimate window into his life be it love, depression or loss, that will resonate with any fan of classic storytelling.

Brilliant original blues, soul, Americana and roots music.
5.45pm: Colour of Light
Colour of Light are a guitar, mandolin, banjo, double bass and harmonica ensemble who blend folk, blues, bluegrass and classical influences into their own unique sound. Their finely crafted original songs delivered by three diverse singer-songwriters combine protest, reflection and celebration. As individuals these musicians have performed at Glastonbury and Latitude Festivals, have been played on BBC 6 Music, and BBC Radio 4 and have over 450,000 Spotify plays.
Coming together around the vibrant Leeds live music scene this exciting five-piece are guaranteed to inspire and engage with their honest storytelling, joyful performance and first-class musicianship.
